High Shear Homogenizer

OVERVIEW

The high shear homogenizer D-500 can safely and quickly handle a variety of applications, from sample preparation to product formula testing. During operation, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed, and the sample is homogenized or dispersed in the gap between the stator and the rotor. Such operations generally take only a short time to complete.

1. D-500/1 includes D-500 main machine, H-600 bracket and DS-500/1 dispersing head, solid-liquid mixing, speed 10000-30000rpm, processing volume 10-5000ml;

2. D-500/2 includes D-500 main machine, H-600 bracket and DS-500/2 dispersing head for emulsification, speed 10000-30000rpm, processing volume 10-5000ml;

3. High-quality 316L stainless steel material, corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant;

4. The dispersing head has a simple structure, easy to disassemble, and easy to clean and disinfect;

5. The speed is continuously adjustable in 6 gears;

6. The viscosity of the dispersed sample is up to 10000mPa·s;

7. The stator and rotor are interchangeable and share the same dispersing shaft, saving costs;

8. The automatic overload protection function extends the life of the motor;

9. The motor starts smoothly and the speed is stable to prevent splashing.
